a simple, softly sweet topping perfect for yoghurt bowls, porridge and granola.

serves 1

ingredients

• 100g rhubarb
• 1–2 tsp honey
• 1 tsp water

method

  1. add the rhubarb, honey and water to a small saucepan over a medium heat.
  2. cook for 5–10 minutes until the rhubarb is soft and jammy but still slightly chunky.
  3. leave to cool slightly before serving.

perfect spooned over thick yoghurt and finished with crunchy granola
