Stewed Rhubarb

Stewed Rhubarb

Serves one

Ingredients:

  • 100g rhubarb
  • 1-2tsp honey
  • 1 tsp water

Method:

  1. Place rhubarb, honey and water in a small pan over medium heat and cook for 5-10 minutes until the rhubarb is soft but still slightly chunky.
  2. Remove from the heat to cool.
