stewed rhubarb ☁️
a simple, softly sweet topping perfect for yoghurt bowls, porridge and granola.

ingredients
• 100g rhubarb
• 1–2 tsp honey
• 1 tsp water
method
- add the rhubarb, honey and water to a small saucepan over a medium heat.
- cook for 5–10 minutes until the rhubarb is soft and jammy but still slightly chunky.
- leave to cool slightly before serving.
perfect spooned over thick yoghurt and finished with crunchy granola
