a quick, creamy frozen yoghurt bowl topped with crunchy granola.
ingredients
• 150g frozen fruit
• 100g greek yoghurt
• 1 tsp honey
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• gurt lush granola to serve
we used pineapple, mango and banana with yeo valley greek yoghurt and bristol bee co honey.
method
- add the frozen fruit, yoghurt, honey and vanilla to a blender.
- blend until smooth, thick and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
- spoon into a bowl and top with your favourite gurt lush granola.
- enjoy immediately for the best texture.
