smoothie bowl ☁️

a thick, berry packed breakfast bowl finished with your favourite gurt lush granola.

ingredients

• 200g frozen mixed berries
• 200ml milk of choice
• 2 tbsp yoghurt
• gurt lush granola of choice
• fresh fruit to serve

we used raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants and redcurrants with plenish oat milk and coconut collaborative yoghurt.

method

  1. add the frozen fruit, milk and yoghurt to a blender and blend until thick, smooth and creamy.
  2. divide between bowls.
  3. top with granola and fresh fruit, then enjoy immediately.

perfect for slower mornings, post gym breakfasts and everyday energy ☁️
