a thick, berry packed breakfast bowl finished with your favourite gurt lush granola.
ingredients
• 200g frozen mixed berries
• 200ml milk of choice
• 2 tbsp yoghurt
• gurt lush granola of choice
• fresh fruit to serve
we used raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants and redcurrants with plenish oat milk and coconut collaborative yoghurt.
method
- add the frozen fruit, milk and yoghurt to a blender and blend until thick, smooth and creamy.
- divide between bowls.
- top with granola and fresh fruit, then enjoy immediately.
