granola split ☁️

  1. caramelised banana, creamy yoghurt and crunchy granola layered together for the perfect sweet breakfast bowl.

    ingredients

    • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
    • a little warm water
    • coconut oil
    • 1 banana
    • 75g yoghurt
    • 30g gurt lush granola

    method

    1. stir the peanut butter with 2–3 tbsp warm water until smooth and drizzleable.
    2. slice the banana in half lengthways.
    3. heat a little coconut oil in a pan over a medium heat and place the banana cut side down. cook for a few minutes until golden and caramelised, then carefully turn.
    4. spoon the yoghurt onto your plate or bowl, drizzle over the peanut butter and top with the warm banana halves.
    5. finish with a generous sprinkle of granola and serve immediately.

    comforting, balanced and seriously good ☁️
