caramelised banana, creamy yoghurt and crunchy granola layered together for the perfect sweet breakfast bowl.
ingredients
• 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
• a little warm water
• coconut oil
• 1 banana
• 75g yoghurt
• 30g gurt lush granolamethod
- stir the peanut butter with 2–3 tbsp warm water until smooth and drizzleable.
- slice the banana in half lengthways.
- heat a little coconut oil in a pan over a medium heat and place the banana cut side down. cook for a few minutes until golden and caramelised, then carefully turn.
- spoon the yoghurt onto your plate or bowl, drizzle over the peanut butter and top with the warm banana halves.
- finish with a generous sprinkle of granola and serve immediately.
