Granola Split

Ingredients:
1/2 tblsp peanut butter
Coconut oil
1 banana
75g yoghurt
30g Gurt Lush granola
Method:
- Stir the peanut butter with 2-3 tablespoons of warm water in a small bowl to loosen slightly. Cut the banana in half lengthways
- Heat a little coconut oil on a medium. Lay the bananas into the pan, cut-side down to cook away for a few minutes, turning once
- Assembly time. Spoon the yoghurt into the base of your plate, spoon over the peanut butter, then top each plate with 2 halves of caramelised banana. Crumble over the granola, to serve. Seriously good
